Srimathi Mahalakshmi Ammal Educational Trust was started by Our Founder Chairman Thiru R.P. Sarathy Ayya in the name of his mother to support deserving students in education. Our Founder Chairman has donated considerably for school education through this trust. As Chairman of Sri Vidya Mandir Schools in Salem Region he has contributed for the betterment of education to school students. As Chairman of Vysya Group of Institutions he has contributed to Higher Education. In 2008, He started Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology with a vision to provide quality Technical Education to deserving students in the region. Besides this Smt. Mahalakshmi Ammal Educational Trust has contributed to various developmental projects in other educational institutions like Sri Sarada College for Women, Salem, Sri Sarada Balamandir Matric Higher Secondary School, etc.
The vision of Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology is to provide world class quality education for our students and instill in them rich ethical values, who in turn will have strong foundation of ideals and provide valuable resources for the industry and society through excellence in technical education.
With Education and Ethics, we create Excellence. Our mission as an institution is to impart value based education to students from both the rural and urban areas and to train them into technically competent, ethically strong and quality professionals in order to meet the challenges of the rapidly changing technological environment.
We at Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology will strive to inculcate sound technical knowledge by providing quality education and training in engineering and technology in a congenial and disciplined environment. We are committed to develop skills, knowledge and the right attitude among the students to meet the expectations of the industries, parents and society with continual improvement through dedicated teamwork.
