• Breakdown, Corrective and Preventive maintenance of the transport elements up to STM 16 level,
data (Routers) duct, fibre and Utilities equipment in the various facilities assigned against the
respective geography , as per the processes defined in procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of SLA’s for Network availability.
• Control no. of faults and MTTR within targets
• Ensure proper house keeping & facility maintenance
• Ensure that preventive maintenance as per defined intervals.
• Liason with vendor for all CAMC related activities
• Coordination with RM/ RMMs for effective maintenance of OFC routes/sites.
• New integration activities as per specified targets through planned events
• Liason meetings with contractors, Ward members, NH authorities etc on daily basis to reduce faults
• Feedback on Updation of assigned facilities in GIS, Transport NEs in NDD.
• Verification of contractor works /Vendor CAMC works.
• Assigning / labeling ports , equipments as per defined process.
• Installation of all energy improvement utility equipments such as fan filters, Fuel optimizers , Fitch
catalyst etc
• Collection & submission of electricity bills, fuel filling at DG sites, Tower maintenance , MW cable
faults , alignment of antennas etc.
• Diesel MIN , accounting of diesel, power bill accountability of respective site.
• Project activities – upgradations of equipments as per business needs,
• Field Support for Circle Provisioning of circuits.
• General Spares and consumables, electronics spares, tools and T&M equipment management.

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) was established in India under the name ALIT (Ashok Leyland Information Technology), providing information technology services in 1993 with just one client and 25 employees.
