With these facilities, SGGI Chennai, becomes the single largest integrated glass complex in Saint-Gobain family and in the world.

For the past 10 years, we have been designing and developing custom applications on IBM Notes to help our clients overcome their toughest IT challenges. Although it’s a cliché, we are very proud to say Notes is in our DNA. And we mean it. We know Notes in and out. We have been in XPages from the day it was introduced by IBM. Headrun

Headrun was started in 2010 in Bangalore, India with the goal of building a company capable of applying advanced technology to solve practical problems – an accelerator of applied computer science. What started as a two member team hacking away on code in a spare bedroom has now grown into a team of 16 buzzing Headrunners.

respective geography , as per the processes defined in procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of SLA’s for Network availability.
• Control no. of faults and MTTR within targets
• Ensure proper house keeping & facility maintenance

• Liason with vendor for all CAMC related activities
• Coordination with RM/ RMMs for effective maintenance of OFC routes/sites.
• New integration activities as per specified targets through planned events
• Liason meetings with contractors, Ward members, NH authorities etc on daily basis to reduce faults
• Feedback on Updation of assigned facilities in GIS, Transport NEs in NDD.
• Verification of contractor works /Vendor CAMC works.
• Assigning / labeling ports , equipments as per defined process.
• Installation of all energy improvement utility equipments such as fan filters, Fuel optimizers , Fitch
catalyst etc
• Collection & submission of electricity bills, fuel filling at DG sites, Tower maintenance , MW cable
faults , alignment of antennas etc.
• Diesel MIN , accounting of diesel, power bill accountability of respective site.
• Project activities – upgradations of equipments as per business needs,
• Field Support for Circle Provisioning of circuits.
• General Spares and consumables, electronics spares, tools and T&M equipment management.
Service Assurance of the PoI, Lease Line and Data circuits.
