If you are not yet ready to announce your hiring, but are interested to hire, you can use this approach to shortlist your students based on your hiring criteria, engage with them on their current projects, use this to assess them further, and then make the decision to hire.

Hire and Engage to Lock In

If you are ready to announce your hiring, you can shortlist the students, make them the offer and then engage with these students on their project once they accept the offer. You get an additional benefit,ie., once you offer these students, we will restrict them further access at future hiring events
